Quick & Easy {non-dairy} Chocolate Banana ‘Shake

The other day at a supermarket I found a non-dairy whipped cream and knew it was going to have a yummy destination… Easy (non-dairy) Chocolate Banana Shake

This 2-ingredient-easy-to-make chocolate shake will satisfy your sweet tooth while still sneaking in a good dose of nutrients from a whole banana!  Of course if you are having a super duper chocolaty craving (like I was) you can top it off with some whip cream and chocolate syrup – yumm!

This is all you’ll need…

Chocolate Almond Milk - Banana - Rice Whip

RECIPE:

1) Pour 8 oz of chocolate milk into blender.

2) Add 1 whole banana. I like to use frozen bananas.

3) Blend until super smooth.

4) Pour in tall glass (over ice optional) and enjoy!

Quick Tips:

1) I like to use the 4 pack of 8oz milk boxes since that cuts out any kind of measuring or additional pouring from one cup to another etc.

2) To freeze bananas, simply peel and place bananas in a freezer safe Ziploc bag and into the freezer.

3) If you don’t have a blender, immersion hand held blenders work fine too. Just keep blending until completely smooth.

4) This shake is completely yummy on it’s own but the whip cream and chocolate syrup definitely make it a super yummy treat! 🙂   – my version is non-dairy but feel free to swap out for your favorites!
